Auto Loan Customer Service Representative

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for a career opportunity with a major Auto Mortgage Insurance Company.

Job Title: Auto Loan Customer Service Representative

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $17.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Job Description:

• Reviewing Auto Loan documents, data processing in a call center environment

• Providing excellent service to customers who are needing to perform a cancellation to their account

• Quality control checks for customer products

• Documenting the loan cancellation refund process through denial or disbursement

• Conduct follow up contacts to providers if exact quote is not returned timely

Requirements/Duties:

• Call Center, Auto Loan or Mortgage experience is a plus

• Customer service experience in a call center environment

• Administrative skills
