- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ,and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
```Skills:```
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Basic sales knowledge to identify upselling opportunities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques
- Fluent in English language
