Job Description

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers nationwide by phone and email and guides them through online purchases, online customization tool, order changes and order status.

Requirements

• Must have computer skills

• Must be able to actively listen and communicate with politeness and patience

• Excellent work ethic

• Flexible attitude to assist other departments where needed

• Solid sense of working as part of a team for the benefit of the company as a whole

• Must be able to multitask

• An interest in stationery is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take calls from customers and respond to customer emails

• Assist in troubleshooting web browser issues and our online ordering system with customers

• Reference and utilize documentation through the use of company software

Climate controlled facility
