The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of service and install experience, clean driving record and a clean background. Also, this individual must have team-oriented skills, enjoys working with people and has a go-getter positive attitude who is not only willing to cooperate and collaborate but shows leadership as well. We also like when employees support one another and offer suggestions for improvements. He/she must be able to work independently as well with a crew. Be able to install all HVAC equipment from multi-family heating & cooling equipment to commercial and residential. Be able to install and repair boilers, efficient with sheet metal skills, and lead or follow a crew on a construction site.
Job Details:
- Full time in either residential, multi-family and commercial
- Install all HVAC equipment
- EPA certified
- No on Call service (unless you want to)
- Bi-weekly pay
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
