*No more than 3 Moving Violations in the past 3 years in any vehicle
*No multiple license suspensions, downgrades, withdrawals in the last 3 years.
*No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years.
*If only 6 months of experience, no preventable incidents or accidents.
*no DUI OR DWI in the past 5 years
* No drug or alcohol and motor vehicle violations in any vehicle in the last 3 years
