Full Job Description

Magnolia Finance is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. CSRs are responsible for the successful management of customer relationships that lead to meeting monthly office performance goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service and Relationship Building
• Contacting & developing solutions with customers
• Maintaining customer records
• Processing loan applications, customer payments, and closing loans
• Marketing to current customers and potential new customers
• General support to the office manager

Qualified applicants should have:

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work beyond standard work hours if necessary to meet company goals
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
