Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to confidently address customer questions, offer recommendations, and cross-sell or upsell when appropriate.
- Communication: Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting communication style to suit customer preferences and needs, while maintaining a patient and empathetic tone.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback, preferences, and trends to relevant departments to contribute to product/service enhancements and overall business growth.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about self-service options, tools, and resources to empower them to independently resolve common issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in Customer Service or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Prior Customer Service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information in an understandable and friendly manner.
