Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to advise customers and take orders over the phone and through email correspondence. The job will also include entering orders and maintaining accurate customer contact information.
Qualities
We are looking for candidates that enjoy getting to know people and find satisfaction in helping them with their needs. Candidates should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated in slower seasons.
Valuable Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite within Windows OS
Previous experience in Customer Service job

Responsibilities
Take customer orders by phone and email
Log accurate order specifications
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Respond to customer questions in a timely manner
Update customer information in our database
Work overtime hours when needed
