Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dothan, AL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent Customer Service at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service is not needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to learn data entry and computer systems
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
