SalaryWe're looking for a smart and reliable person to be our Customer Service / Office manager, taking care of day-to-day operational tasks and working with our team. The Office Manager will work with a variety of people at our company, so we are looking for a person who is empathetic, outgoing and enjoys interacting with others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Order office supplies.
- Answer questions and address concerns.
- Overseeing Scheduling
- Keep abreast of current developments in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
