Description
Summary:
The IT Technician II will be responsible for completing basic IT support functions per guidelines and documentation, coordinating small projects, focusing on problem management activities, and process improvements.
Requirements
Essential Functions/Primary Duties:
• Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.
• Ability to install normal business software.
• Ability to support Zebra hand scanners.
• Experience with asset management (Install, move, add, and change).
• Monitor all support tickets to ensure all tickets receive appropriate attention.
• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person.
• Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
• Assist other coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, concurrently.
• Experience working in a business environment.
• Ability to run reports, based on provided SQL code as well as the ability to make small changes to improve code.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, 365) required. Knowledge or experience with supporting Apple devices strongly desired.
• Resolve errors generated by various Applications (Vurbis, E-Bridge, SalesPad), while working to find mitigation efforts to prevent future errors.
• May work on resolving data errors between applications.
• May help troubleshoot issues with robotics used in the warehouse.
Education/Experience:
• Any certification in an IT concentration (A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, etc.) required. An associate degree or higher preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and server maintenance
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and 365 required.
• Experience with Active Directory preferred.
• Experience with General IT support highly desired.

Working Conditions:
The work environment is typical of an office setting with occasional work required in the warehouse or after normal business hours.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This is a non-supervisory position.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional standing when working on issues or assisting with problem resolution
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, day shift position with typical work hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with possible, rare, weekends and evenings. Potential for some flexibility in start/stop times.

Salary Description
$22 - $27 per hour depending on experience
