Supportive Healthcare provides exceptional primary care to homebound elderly patients in their residences. Our team of physicians and nurse practitioners work with assisted living, nursing, independent living, or long-term care facilities to ensure that these patients are able to receive quality medical care while avoiding the coordination of getting to the doctor's office and we are growing!
We are currently looking for the right fit to join our team as the Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- provide outstanding Customer Service and support to all inbound calls from patients, their representatives, or our facility partners
- create and manage referrals for new patients to be seen by providers through our EMR
- accept payments from patients who call in with payment information
- send inquiries regarding patient care to practitioner, as needed
- receive and distribute company faxes in a timely manner
- be the face of our team to visitors
- build strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- communicate with patients regarding their needs
- other duties, as assigned by leadership
