- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Update customer information in the database
```Skills```
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual or Multilingual skills are a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent active listening skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Sales experience is a plus
Note: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for this position.
