Customer Service Representative

Our team is taking the professional fundraising world by storm. Our St Louis based team is expanding to meet client demand, and has an immediate opening for a Full Time Entry Level Customer Service Representative. Our business was founded on the idea that creating meaningful relationships directly with our clients target customer base is the key to exceeding expectations. The ideal Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be outgoing, love working as part of a team and excel in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle all on-site brand management and client management
• Facilitate donations from potential customers by providing informational presentations
• Work with fellow Client Service Associates to successfully execute each promotional campaign
• Maintain a clean and professional image at all times
• Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives
• Participate in group training opportunities

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or client service related role
• Some college coursework in a related field preferred but not required
• A desire to be in a leadership and mentoring role
• A drive to grow with a company and develop long term career opportunities
• An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies
