We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Alsip, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer fulfillment schedules and forecasts
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish speaking abilities are a bonus.
