Seeking a Customer Service Representative for outdoor related sporting goods products. The Service Representative works with retailers and consumers by providing best in class support.

Position is located in Frankenmuth, MI 48734. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience in related field. Has experience in Customer Service roles possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job functions
- Resolve product or service-related problems by processing the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction; following up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to Manage large call volume Respond to incoming emails
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using supplied product sources and methods
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions through CRM systems
- Place orders for service-related products
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Work with Customer Service manager to ensure proper Customer Service is being delivered
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
