SalaryWe are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service department to deliver top-notch service to our customers in need of our support. In addition to the hourly rate, this position earns commissions.
Ideal candidates demonstrate exceptional, traditional Customer Service skills and are extremely reliable. On the job training is provided! The open floor plan in our call center makes for a very fun and competitive environment!
Job duties:
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism in a fast-paced incoming call center.
· Troubleshoot problems by understanding, researching, and resolving customer technical issues.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collecting and analyzing documentation and prior history files.
· Develop rapport and relationship with customers quickly through provision of excellent service.
· Accurately enter orders for all existing customers.
· Sales, as it relates to offering, quoting and closing.
· Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
· Maintain an accurate history on customer accounts.
· Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
