```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes in the system
- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information and update databases
```Qualifications```
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
