Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Enter customer information accurately into the database
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
