Perfectly Fit is looking for energetic and friendly Sales Associates to join our team.
If you are friendly and eager to learn with an interest in Health and Fitness, this position is what you are looking for! Retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Perfectly Fit is the go-to retailer for runners and walkers. We work with our customers individually to help them find the best footwear needs for their feet. We carry some of the top specialty running and fitness brands in the industry, including ON Running, Brooks, HOKA ONE
ONE, New Balance and more. Our lines of specialty products make us the go-to store for the best fitting shoes on the market.
Perfectly Fit also host and directs many of the local runs in the greater Hammond area. Get hands-on experience planning and producing some of our local running events. We work with a number of local charities to produce both 5K and 10K runs.
We’re looking for you if you are:
- Interested in Health and fitness, running or walking
- Comfortable talking with customers
- A team player
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays.
Store hours:
10am-6pm Monday-Thursday
10am-5pm Friday and Saturday
Closed on Sundays and most major holidays.

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
