We are looking for individuals who can assist our customers when they need us the most! We are hiring aCustomer Service Representative 2 to provide frontline agency and customer support by promptly answering incoming calls and emails regarding policies, new and existing claims, coverage issues, complaints, and general inquiries.
What We Offer:
Hiring Range: $19.46 – $25.00 per hour
Salary Range: $19.46 - $30.43 per hour
Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

What You'll Do:
- Resolve questions and issues that do not require an agent’s license and refer customers to appropriate parties as needed.
- Research billing accounts for discrepancies and assist customers with payments and miscellaneous billing transactions such as changes to EFT, payment plans and due dates.
- Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to policy premium.
- Accurately setup new claims in accordance with the Claims department criteria.
- Process billing breakdowns for agents and policyholders.
- Effectively utilizes available reference materials and systems to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information.
- Prioritize and process all incoming tasks and miscellaneous transactions.
- Effectively collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer related issues.
- Complete work exhibiting the behaviors of our core values: forward thinking, integrity, dependability, empathy, and relationships.
- Completes licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Assist with projects and special assignments as needed and other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent, and 3 or more years of Customer Service experience, preferably in high volume call setting.
- Ability to understand priorities and plan accordingly; organize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong Customer Service orientation to support internal and external customers.
- Strong self-motivation to work independently while working well with and coordinating with team members.
- Takes pride in their work and value their efforts to help customers, team, and company providing exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for effective communication.
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to enter data quickly with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with confidential information and issues using discretion and judgement.
- Knowledge of P&C products and lines of business including department guidelines, process, and procedures.
- Personal Lines P&C producer insurance licenses required shortly after training.
