- Handles customer’s administrative needs and requests and resolves issues, delivering first-rate services that meet or exceed their expectations. Communicates effectively to guarantee prompt and responsive service to the customer’s immediate and long-term needs.
- Communicates proactively with customers via calling or visiting in order to build customer relationships and generate additional revenue for the company.
- Cross-sells our services to existing customers in order to meet their needs through comprehensive lifecycle facilities solutions.
- Interprets and processes work orders, reviews invoices and correspondence.
- Ensures any billable item is approved and directed to the correct customer.
- Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into CRM to create quoted estimates. Manages customer portals with needed data.
- Continuously reviews current processes and procedures in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience and increase overall efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
