Must have Pharmacy Benefits experience ( Prescription refills, prior authorizations, and eligibility verification)
Schedules: Monday-Friday 1130am-8pm, Monday-Friday 1030am-7pm, Monday-Friday 930am-6pm
Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $16 and $17. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate Customer Service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers’ needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
What do we need from you?
High school graduate or equivalent
Previous call center experience
Previous healthcare experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater
Will be required to Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy
