- Expertise in the Customer Service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
- Ability to speak bi-lingual a plus, but not required
- Bilingual
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional telephone manner, Customer Service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with regards to CRM software.
- Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension.
- Strong time management skills.
