Customer Service Position

DAILY SNAPSHOT

• Respond to emails and phone calls, making a connection with each guest to create a warm and reliable experience
• Address needs of our customers in a timely, approachable, and enthusiastic manner
• Jump into daily operations, such as working with our Senior Associates to identify and provide solutions to customers and make outbound calls to set-up consultations and review payment information
• Manage our inventory of products, adjusting par levels as necessary based on seasonal changes in demand
• Assist our marketing efforts, including sending outbound marketing emails
• Recommend potential products to customers and explain our program benefits, answering any questions they may have

​THE BASICS

• You have a vibrant, positive, and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding Customer Service
• You are a driven team player, with a curious mindset and look at things optimistically
• You have strong time management skills and can handle multiple projects at a time
• You're able to meet scheduled deadlines and work well under pressure
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Excel & Access
