Customer Service Manager

Experienced Customer Service Manager to join our rapidly growing recycling company who will be responsible for:

* Interacting with customers and purchasing all grades of insulated electrical and communication wires, copper, brass, aluminum and stainless steel while providing excellent Customer Service.

* Identifying, grading, scaling and purchasing insulated electrical and communication wires, copper, brass, aluminum and stainless.

* Calling, emailing, texting customers to schedule follow-up business.

* Multi tasking managing Customer Service, purchasing non-ferrous metals, implementing safety procedures, safely and efficiently processing, inventory and shipping.

* Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM

* Competitive Compensation package commensurate with experience.

* Scrap Metal, Electric, Plumbing industry experience a plus.

* Bi-lingual a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47.50 per week
