SalaryThe Service Manager position would entail (but is not limited to) the following duties:
1. Scheduling service calls for clients who have had our cabinetry installed
2. Processing orders for cabinetry (training will be provided)
3. Checking confirmations of cabinet orders input by others for accuracy
4. Manage warehouse/delivery personnel and coordinate deliveries
5. Answering and screening phone calls (Customer Service)
6. Order office supplies
7. Other duties as requested.
