About the position:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Customer Success Manager. In this role, the Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role as a partner to the sales team, external clients, and internal execution. The Account Manager will ensure that all client proposals are vetted prior to being contracted and all campaigns that are being executed on meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, resourceful, detail-oriented, deadline driven and flexible.
Main duties:
Partner with sales reps to manage clients, supporting 2-3 sales reps
Liaison between product development and team leaders to determine inventory availability
Review/audit contracts prior to product development sending to sales
Vet signed contracts prior to accepting
Manage all client contact, work with execution to receive deliverables for campaigns and ensure campaigns are launching as per contracted time lines
Ensure internal teams are staying on track and meeting deadlines by conducting weekly check-in meetings
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Scheduling of internal and external kickoff calls with the client and internal partners
Drafting a unified production schedule from the various departments working on each project, sharing the schedule with the client and gathering feedback
Work with the clients to communicate required assets for each project and gather assets in a timely manner
Communicating production schedule changes to the client and internal partners; if the client is delayed sending and/or finalizing assets
Fielding questions from the client and reaching out to the appropriate internal teams to address and respond accordingly
Alerting the Seller to any potential new revenue opportunities as well as any potential issues the client may have or that may be developing internally
Working with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and credit applications
Working with the Sales team, Finance and other internal partners to help inform client MSA’s
Managing a pipeline of projects, juggling multiple tasks and ensuring a deadline or deliverable is never missed, with primary focus on client
Responsible for order entry and management of SFDC for the supported regions
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing or communications
2-3 years of experience in related industry experience, preferably in account management
Proven ability to develop and grow strategic relationships
Exceptional people, account, and project management skills
Experience with in-depth analysis and problem solving with the ability to think strategically while seeing the execution all the way through
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development
Ability to identify and effectively resolve challenging situations
