Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product or service related questions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via phone, email, or in-person
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software such as Sage, Verizon Connect,Transportation Management, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial
