SalaryWe are seeking a positive, reliable, dependable, team player to become our front counter Customer Service Representative for our DRY CLEANERS in New Smyrna Beach. Experience is a plus but we will provide you with training. We offer competitive pay, paid holidays and vacation pay. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 pm. NO WEEKENDS.
We are also looking for Dry Cleaning pressers for our plant in New Smyrna Beach. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am UNTIL FINISHED pressing. NO WEEKENDS.
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and in person
- Must be detailed oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to multitask effectively
- Able to work with a cash drawer and a POS computer system.
-Must be friendly and positive even when faced with challenging situations.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
