Customer Service Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate the RFQ process in coordination with the sales engineers
• Coordinates with Process Engineer, Project Engineer, and Coating Supervisor to provide complete job quotations
• Promptly and accurately enter purchase orders into ARO’s manufacturing and accounting software
• Create and maintain organized customer files
• Respond and proactively communicate with customers frequently to answer questions and provide information on orders/status
• Conduct and report customer surveys
• During daily communication, strive to inform customers of ARO capabilities
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or other experience management deems appropriate
• Ability to use all standard office equipment including personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and the Internet
• Pass pre-employment personality and aptitude test
• Have a methodical and detail-oriented approach to work by organizing and prioritizing
• Communicate effectively (both oral and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Learn to read and work from optical drawings

COMPSENSATION: $24-35/hour
