Customer Service Coordinator

ROYPOW is a company that manufactures and sells lithium batteries, mainly used in low-speed vehicles, forklifts and other industries.

ROYPOW USA seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA office!

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule service technicians.
• Manage service orders, trip reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
• Provide quotes for aftersales parts and service to customers.
• Generate after-sales leads and opportunities for the region.
• Maintain accurate customer and product data.
• Provide technical support to service personnel.

Requirements:

Experience in Customer Service, professional background in electronics industry, able to travel for short periods, able to repair electronic equipment and identify basic electrical faults.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
