Martin Docks, Inc. is seeking a self motivated person with a great personality to fill the position of Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) at the 1740 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville GA Corporate Office. This is a full-time, permanent position that is vital to the operations of the Service & Sales Department.
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is a key member of the Sales department who provides a higher level of customer support. The primary focus of the CSC is to assist the service sales personnel, service department and its customers by proactive and response methods regarding service projects, products, schedules, and all processes. The CSC is to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve the customers' issues, concerns, and questions to create the exceptional Customer Service experience. The CSC spends approximately 90% of the time supporting the Service & Sales department and its customers, and 10% supporting the office.

- This is largely a sedentary role, however, some organizing files, copying, cleaning, etc. may be necessary.
- Requires standing, sitting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and leaning, squatting, repetitive motions to perform general office duties.
- Professional office environment. Role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phone, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Must work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. May be required to work occasional boat shows on the weekend.
- Martin Docks, Inc uniform/logo shirts are required daily. Casual and professional office attire is required.
- Must speak, write, read, understand, and communicate clearly in English.
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
- Answer incoming Customer Service calls, emails, chats, texts promptly and provide high level Customer Service.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, comments, or updates.
- Create a sensible workflow and calendar schedule to meet deadlines and accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
- Participate, and provide relevant information to all meetings assigned to you.
- Must be okay with interruptions throughout each day to retrieve and relay information from and to co-workers in your department or other departments.
- Maintain all sales representative's daily appointment calendars.
