Essential Function and Responsibilities: Effectively coordinate project installations, demand field service, warranty service. Point of contact for regional sales and customers for scheduling field service and installations. Provide parts, upgrades, and demand service to customers. Occasional travel may be required both domestic and international.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate Field Service personnel and maintain field service calendar.
- Manage field service personnel documentation: review and ensure completeness of trip reports with field service personnel.
- Provide scope of work and relative drawings and documentation necessary to complete service tasks.
- Work closely with customers on the phone or web video calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ERP system and maintain databases relative service operations.
- Work closely with inner company technical functions to help resolve customer issues.
- Field customer calls regarding delivery or expedition of parts orders and service visits.
- Provide service quotations, monitor consumed days, revise proposals as necessary.
- Provide after sales parts quotations to customers and sales.
- Strive to maximize overall performance to customer needs and expectations as well as our Customer Service department KPIs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and highly organized.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build very good working relationships with field service engineers and customers internal and external.
- Experience with scheduling & logistics a plus.
- Must be a self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
