SalaryREPOSSESSION COORDINATOR: is responsible for all functions related to the repossession of Auto Services Unlimited collateral, including maintenance of the location and operational status of GPS/starter. Interrupt devices installed in vehicles financed by United Auto Credit. All position responsibilities are to be completed in compliance with Auto Services Unlimited policies and procedures as well as all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee the recovery of vehicles, from customers who have defaulted, impounds, and abandonment, along with the processes associated with recovering collateral.
- Managing the repossession agents, making sure the collateral is recovered in a timely fashion. Responsible for maintaining agent updated insurance information, finding new agents as needed, and skip tracing to locate customers and vehicles. Redeeming repossessed vehicles.
- Make sure that vehicles are set for the auction in a timely manner. Following laws and company guidelines with regards to setting vehicles for sale at the auction.
