This is an entry-level administrative role, focusing on printing and mailing correspondence and requests to our customers. Although administrative, this role has high accountability and plays a critical role in ensuring compliance and/or regulatory mandated policy tasks are completed flawlessly, on time, and specific to workflow expectations.
How You'll Do It
Provide responsive, timely, and relevant service to customers and partners
- Handles printing and mailing responsibilities in-office for all correspondence and requests from customers
- Maintains SLA's set by Customer Service team in a consistent and efficient manner
- Consistently meet Customer Service goals related to printing and mailing work
Model the behaviors and strategies necessary to successfully resolve issues for small business owners and partners in all channels
- Applies Salesforce training and knowledge to document and complete policy and agency requests within SLA's set by Customer Service
- Seeks and provides resolutions to issues while applying new information to existing context to help prevent future issues
Participate in ongoing training
- Complete other administrative or clerical duties associated with partner & policyholder service as assigned
The Right Stuff
- A High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree or college coursework preferred.
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
- Learning to be open to feedback, present your own views in a direct and open manner, present clear written and verbal communication, and give the benefit of the doubt.
- Learning to recognize your own mistakes, learn from mistakes, and apply new information to existing context.
- Learning to apply analytical and critical thinking skills and solve simple problems within the role.
- Learning to consider the needs of others on the team or in other functions and develop and sustain collaborative working relationships while fully committing to a decision once made.
- G-Suite Tools, Printers, Salesforce, Collaboration tools (slack is preferred), basic office machines.
- Basic self-direction and responsibility for own tasks, deliverables and timelines.

Location Information
Unless otherwise specified, this role has the option to be hybrid or remote. Hybrid work locations provide team members with the flexibility of working partially from our Denver or DC office and from home. Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
