Job Description
This job offered is Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4pm.
This position entails the following tasks:
• Answering Multi Line Phone.
• Make complete and accurate work orders.
• Work order entries.
• Filing/Scanning Job Files.
• Invoicing/Billing.
• Commission spreadsheets.
• Assist customers in the office.
• Create invoices. Collect payments.
• Learn and perform residential showroom sales.
• Communicate with the salesperson or dispatcher with job specific problems.
• Create follow-up work orders and promptly for them.
• Maintain AR log. Regularly call customers on past-due invoices.
• Maintain a professional image to include presentable and proper attire.
