As Customer Service Assistant, you will be directly involved in our daily operations by providing an outstanding service to customers and our sales force to ensure an efficient and on time process of ordering and contacts with TotalEnergies Nordic customers.
With a service and open-minded attitude, you will contribute to the ambitious growth targets of the Company.
You will be part of our Customer Service Team consisting of 4 people and report to the Supply Chain Manager. Our Nordic Hub is based in Copenhagen and responsible for operations realized in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily contact by email and phone with customers, our salesforce and partners- Receipt, handling, and filing of orders incl. follow up on orders
- Invoicing process: including credit, debit notes and invoice corrections
- Claim and return management
- Maintaining of Customer master data
- General support to the Sales team
- Ensuring correct and timely month end process and follow-up Work hours are 08-16 daily, 08-15:30 on Fridays.
Based on the language skills the Job holder will handle calls from / to Danish customers as first priority and will also cover for other inbound calls from Finland, Sweden, and Norway (in English or Scandinavian).
Full time / Fixed term contract from March to August 2024
