Customer Service Rep Needed

We are a local appliance dealer looking for a Customer Service Rep. The job starts as part-time, but can turn into a FULL TIME CAREER for the right person! Part time position starts at $15.00, and the required shift is Monday through Friday 9am – 12pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Our customers are anxiously waiting for your help! To deliver a great experience, you need to be available and show up on time for every shift.

· In this role, you are the voice of the company. Deliver a great customer experience; showing empathy toward the customer by tapping into their headspace to fulfill their needs by reading cues and anticipating what they want.

· This role requires using a pc and multiple websites/platforms to communicate with our customers, vendors, and coworkers.

· This role requires clear and concise language when speaking with customers and coworkers. You will be working with all of our teams, from Sales to Installs to Management.

· Listening to a customer’s questions and concerns and responding in a way that makes them feel heard paves the way forward to a solution.

· This role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve. This ensures that our customers are satisfied, and any issues get addressed correctly, the first time.

· In order to respond to all of our customer’s needs for the day, you’ll need to be efficient with your time and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will enjoy being busy.

· The right candidate values attention to detail in completing customer information and reporting to ensure minimal mistakes

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer

· Respond to customer emails

· Respond to customer texts with internet based platform

· Communicate any applicable issues with Management

· Communicate any applicable issues with vendor reps to resolve

· Communicate with and update multiple departments of customer issues

· Assist with scheduling deliveries, installations, and service appointments

· Enter data into the company software, logging all correspondences
