Bilingual Customer Service Representative Assistant - English/Mandarin/Cantonese
MMPC is looking for an upbeat and well-organized individual to fulfill a bilingual full-time Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant position in the Pest Management division. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and able to communicate clearly to clients over the phone and through email. This full-time position will require you to work five days a week from our office in Long Island City. This candidate should be extremely bright, friendly, helpful and able to multi-task. This person must possess good phone etiquette and basic computer skills as most of the work will be done calling and emailing clients from our office in Long Island City.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with clients via phone and email.
- Absorb all company information and be able to explain it appropriately and articulately.
- Listen intently; take vivid notes when necessary, and have the ability to compute people’s information correctly in order to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments for your clients.
- Follow all clients to the completion of the project and handles follow-up questions and concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak English and Mandarin fluently. Must be able to communicate in Cantonese.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.

- Can work well in an intense and fast-paced environment
- Mature and professional demeanor in person and on the phone.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to handle extremely high volume phone calls.
- Strong multi-tasking capability.

- Must be proficient with computers and Google Suite.
- Able to represent the company and handle customers in a professional manner.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
