Are you passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service? Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a vital member of a small manufacturing company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent Customer Service via phone, email, and online chat portal.
• Qualifying and follow up on incoming leads to foster strong customer relationships.
• Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with production personnel to schedule orders.
• Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with designated salespersons as needed.
• Handle invoicing, payments, and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with general office duties including filing, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales orders, invoices, and reports.
• Fill in for other office staff when necessary and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
