```Duties```

- Responding to incoming customer calls/emails and providing assistance with inquiries, and product information

- Upselling products or services to customers when appropriate

- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information

- Analyzing customer needs and recommending the best solutions

- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times

- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

```Experience```

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
