Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Manager at Roar Coatings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will work closely with small business owners to understand their needs, provide assistance with product usage, and identify opportunities for improvement in their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers on product usage and best practices
- Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall Customer Experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives
