As we continue to grow, Weiss Lawn Care is looking for the right candidate to join our team. This is a full time, year-round position where you will be rewarded with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Utilize phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs
- Work with potential clients to align their needs with our services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques and sales strategies
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
Requirements:
- A positive, highly motivated attitude and drive to succeed are the key requirements for this position.
- Experience is not necessary but is a plus. We want someone willing to learn!
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques and sales strategies
- High School Degree (or GED Equivalent)
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Pay is $16.00/hour plus Commission
- Healthcare benefits are available
- This is a year-round full-time position
