Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns or questions and providing accurate information and assistance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further resolution
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries or resolve product or service-related problems
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns they may have
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
