Customer Care Specialist - Remote/Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving their inquiries or issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns or questions and providing accurate information and assistance
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further resolution
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries or resolve product or service-related problems
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns they may have

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
