Our new Customer Care Specialist will expand the impact of DK Dance Productions by working directly with our families, community, and teachers to create and implement engaging sales and customer service through phenomenal organization and reliability!

What you will do:

• Provide a WOW experience to our customers through personal and engaging email, phone calls, and in-person customer service.
• Help DK Dance Productions with various special customer service, sales, and marketing projects. There will be PLENTY of opportunities to learn and grow.
• No day will be the same… You are flexible and adaptable. You certainly won’t be bored!

Additional Information:

• Prior customer service experience is helpful.
• Computer and internet skills required.
• Light bookkeeping skills are an asset
• Part-Time hours
• Must be willing to work 2-3 evenings per week and Saturday mornings
