Job Purpose
This position is responsible for corresponding with our customers via phone and email regarding billing, operations, and related concerns. We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills and who have at least 6 months to a year in a customer service/call center role. Our Customer Care representatives provide the best service to our customers possible and are given resources to excel in this position.

- $20 - $21 per hour
- Monday -Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM
- Hybrid work schedule after 60 days, opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquires via phone, email and website chat
- Administration of our car wash unlimited programs such as updating billing information, updating/changing account plans, etc.
- Troubleshooting customer concerns
- Communication with all store locations
- General administrative and clerical skills
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven customer service experience; call center / receptionist experience is preferred
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Car wash experience is a plus
