As a Customer Service HR Specialist, your pivotal role involves facilitating the swift onboarding of CDPAP Caregivers seeking to provide patient care within our community. Your responsibilities will encompass direct interaction with caregivers, overseeing a seamless and expeditious journey from the initial employment phase to the conclusion of their tenure. Within our team, we maintain a commitment to our work's importance while fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in our office.
Customer Service HR Specialist Core Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience required (hospitality, front desk, ect)
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word/Excel
- Technology adaptability to learn HR and training software
- Remain professional and composed under pressure
- Expert time management & multi-tasking skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM
Customer Service HR Specialist Core Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for caregivers during onboarding, employment and addressing employment concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Consistently conduct outreach and follow up for caregivers.
- Cultivate positive, professional relationships with caregivers and team members
- Respond swiftly to urgent situations, coordinating immediate solutions as needed.
- Provide relevant and quick updates as needed to leadership.
- Additional duties as needed.
