### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Specialist to join our team. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with product management and marketing initiatives.
### Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives by creating content for advertising campaigns, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

- Coordinate print advertising campaigns and track their performance
- Utilize WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Contribute to the development of performance marketing strategies to drive Customer Acquisition and retention
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and platforms
- Familiarity with advertising principles and market trends
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platforms
- Experience with print advertising campaigns is a plus- Proficient in using WordPress for website management
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and strategies
