About the Opportunity

LA-CO Industries has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Manager – Plumbing Channel. The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be focused on plumbing distributors and will play a crucial role in maintaining LA-CO’s market presence and driving sales growth. The CAM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with plumbing distributors by communicating via phone, email, and text providing product information, and offering exceptional service. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our sales team and the achievement of our revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to plumbing distributors, introduce our product line, and generate interest in our offerings.

Ø Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our plumbing products and solutions, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications to potential customers.

Ø Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with plumbing distributors, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and sales-related needs.

Ø Sales Quotations: Provide accurate and competitive quotations to plumbing distributors based on their requirements and budget constraints.

Ø Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and any post-sales inquiries or concerns they may have.

Ø Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer needs, and provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.

Ø Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Ø Meeting Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,635.00 - $74,521.00 per year
